I needs a fully-customisable virtual newsroom that feels like CNN or BBC yet carries a twist. TikTok is the main stage, but every element must scale cleanly to Facebook and YouTube without extra editing.
Core goals
• A reusable, permanent studio environment that I can open each day, drop in my recorded voice-over, and hit render.
• A realistic human-like AI presenter/avatar whose wardrobe, gestures, and facial expressions I can swap or fine-tune on demand.
• Dynamic sets: changeable news desk, screen graphics, and virtual background so headlines always look fresh.
• Simple workflow: drag-and-drop voice upload, automatic lip-sync, and quick colour grading suitable for vertical and horizontal formats.
Preferred toolkits include HeyGen, Google Gemini, or any comparable platform you already master—feel free to mix Unreal Engine, OBS, or After Effects templates if it keeps the pipeline lightweight.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured project file or cloud workspace with the news desk, anchor avatar, and at least three interchangeable background presets.
2. Tutorial video (or step-by-step PDF) showing how I can swap clothing, insert new jokes, and publish a daily 60-second TikTok.
3. One sample episode rendered in 9:16 and 16:9 proving voice upload, lip-sync, and graphic overlays work flawlessly.

• Avatar must pronounce Nigerian pidgin phrases naturally once given my audio.
