I need my spokesman’s mouth movements matched flawlessly to pre-recorded dialogue across several short entertainment video clips. The goal is simple: when viewers press play, the speech, emotion, and lip motion feel naturally recorded together, not stitched in post.
Source material:
• Full-HD video clips (30–90 seconds each) featuring a single on-camera spokesperson
• Clean, final audio tracks already edited to length and timing
Scope of work:
• Analyse each clip and align the spokesman’s lips to the provided audio using an AI-driven lipsync workflow (Wav2Lip, Adobe AI, or comparable software—your call as long as the result looks authentic)
• Preserve existing lighting, colour grade, and facial details so nothing appears over-processed
• Return a final video file per clip in the original resolution and codec plus the project file or scripted pipeline so future tweaks are straightforward
Acceptance criteria:
1. Lips match syllables with less than 2-frame drift throughout.
2. No visible artefacts, warping, or unnatural mouth shapes.
3. Facial expressions and head movement remain consistent with the original footage.
4. Deliverables pass a side-by-side playback check at 100 % zoom without noticeable discrepancies.
