We're building a video content team for our fast-growing TikTok Shop to produce engaging short-form videos using AI tools, aiming for long-term growth and high-impact results.
Im not looking for someone to do things their own way, you have to follow a proven strategy and workflow which i will teach you, this isnt a job where im hiring someone to come up with ideas and how they want to make videos, it has to be done a certain way
The deal:
• $600/month
• 8+ hours/day, full-time, long-term
• Strong bonuses + Potential for Commissions
• Clear growth path: top performers move up, earn more, and can become team leads
• You'll learn AI content creation inside and out, a skill that's only getting more valuable
This is going to be A lot of Hours of work and will need your full attention
You have to be open to learning, we will daily calls to constantly get you better and better
Even if you already have experience making AI videos you will need to forget whatever way you are used to doing things and follow a certain strategy and workflow, not your own way
Scope of work
- Create short-form videos using AI tools like Veo 3.
- Edit videos in CapCut for TikTok and social platforms.
- Produce daily content for brand's TikTok and social accounts.
- Learn and implement systems with direct coaching.
