Experienced Short-form Video Freelancer for TikTok
Budget: £200 – £5,000 GBP
I’m looking for an experienced short‑form video freelancer to help me produce TikTok-first videos using Higgsfield AI. This is ongoing work (not a one-off) with a target output of at least 3 videos per day. I want someone who can both execute and collaborate—we’ll regularly discuss what content is working, what’s trending, and how to iterate quickly.
What you’ll do
Generate videos using Higgsfield AI (prompting, iterations, style consistency, efficient credit usage)
Edit for TikTok retention: strong 0–2s hook, tight pacing, pattern interrupts, captions, sound selection
Deliver 3 finished videos/day (9:16, 1080×1920, 15–30s depending on concept; we’ll start with ~15–25s)
Add burn-in subtitles, on-screen text, simple motion graphics where needed
Create repeatable series formats and variations (A/B hooks, alternate endings, different angles)
Propose content ideas weekly and adapt quickly to trends
Maintain a lightweight workflow: content calendar, asset naming, versions, and fast approvals
Content style (flexible, trend-driven)
Open to several formats depending on performance: AI cartoons, comedic skits, short “story” videos, faceless explainers, reaction-style edits, meme formats, and trend remixes—always with original scripts/visuals and platform-safe execution.
What I’m looking for (must-have)
Proven experience editing TikTok/Shorts/Reels with examples
Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and retention
Comfortable with AI video workflows (Higgsfield experience is a big plus; similar tools also fine)
Can work fast, communicate clearly, and hit a consistent daily cadence
Understands how to keep content original and avoid copying copyrighted scripts/sets/characters
Nice-to-have
Motion graphics / After Effects skills
2D animation / compositing polish
Trend research + content strategy experience
Experience running a “content engine” (templates, repeatable production pipeline)
Deliverables & workflow
Daily: 3 finished TikTok-ready videos + source/project files if applicable (CapCut project or AE/Premiere files)
Optional: 5–10 cutdown variants or alternate hooks when we find winners
We’ll use a shared tracker (Notion/Sheets) and a simple review process so approvals don’t slow you down.
Compensation
Open to: per-video rate, weekly retainer, or retainer + performance bonus / rev-share (we can discuss what’s fair once we align on scope and quality).
This is long-term: I want someone who can grow with the channel.
