AI-Driven Demo Video Chat Web App Development & Meta Ads

Title: Need freelancer to build a demo web app, run Meta ads, and create AI video ad creatives (India market test)
Project Overview:
I'm running a small-budget market test for a video chat app concept (1-on-1 video chat with hosts, coin-based virtual currency) before building the full product. I need someone to build a simple demo, create ad creatives, and run paid ads to measure interest.
Scope of work:
1) Demo web app / landing page
- Simple "browse hosts" screen using stock photos or short pre-recorded clips (no real video chat backend needed)
- Basic chat interface
- A "Buy Coins" button — no real payment processing required, just every click needs to be tracked (Google Analytics 4 or similar)
- Mobile-friendly, fast-loading
2) Meta Ads setup and management
- Set up Facebook/Instagram campaigns targeting India
- Audience: interests like video chat apps, Tango, live streaming, similar competitor apps
- Run and optimize the campaign, report on CPC, CTR, total clicks, and "Buy Coins" click count
- Ads will run through my own Meta Business Manager — I'll add you as a partner/admin, not run from your account
3) AI-generated ad video creatives
- 3-5 short video ads using AI avatar/influencer tools (no real actors needed)
- Native Reels/Stories style and length
- Must include Meta's required "AI-generated" disclosure label (mandatory on Meta ads in 2026 — undisclosed AI content is currently one of the top reasons ads get rejected)
What I'll provide:
- Ad budget (funded directly by me)
- Brand name and basic concept brief
Deliverables:
- Live demo link
- Click-tracking dashboard for the "Buy Coins" button
- 3-5 AI-generated, disclosure-compliant ad videos
- Running ad campaign with regular performance reports
