We are **Kardiologicum**, a cardiology practice in Germany with two locations. We want a **highly cinematic, premium** recruitment / image film to recruit **already-qualified, experienced medical assistants (MFA)** away from other practices (lateral hires — **not** trainees or career-starters).
**Creative concept — STOMP-style:** the practice itself becomes the instrument. Every everyday medical action makes a percussive sound — a glove snap, an ECG electrode peel, a blood-pressure-cuff velcro rip, a stethoscope tap, footsteps — and these layer up into one driving beat, with the heartbeat as the kick drum. The team performs the workflow like a percussion ensemble. The reference style is the stage show **STOMP × high-end commercial cinematography** (premium tech/sneaker-ad look): anamorphic, high-contrast lighting, speed ramps, rhythmic cuts landing exactly on the beat. Energetic, modern, cool. This is **sound-design-led** — the rhythm is built from the practice’s own sounds, not just a music track laid on top.
**The entire video must be produced with AI tools** (e.g., Higgsfield, Veo 3.1, Seedance, Kling, Sora, Suno, ElevenLabs). **No live-action shoot.** We already have a complete, scene-by-scene script with ready-to-use AI prompts — you execute and assemble it.
