I need a specialist who has actually solved this problem before — not someone who will learn on my dime. This is not a one-off gig. You'll build the system, then stay on to administer daily video content production. I'm looking for a long-term working relationship.
The goal: I have (or will finalize) a high-quality AI avatar of myself. I want a fully working, repeatable pipeline where I provide a script (or have AI generate one), and the system produces a polished, professional video of my avatar delivering it — at lengths of 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 15+ minutes.
The problem I need solved: Most avatar tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Colossyan, etc.) work great for short clips but hit walls on longer content — either hard length limits, per-minute costs that balloon, or quality/consistency breaking down. Videos longer than a minute or so often have to be generated in snippets and stitched together. I need someone who knows how to get past this cleanly: whether that's the right platform tier, an API-based workflow, automated stitching, or a hybrid approach.
Phase 1 — Build:

Recommend the right tool stack — with honest analysis of cost per finished minute at each video length, so expenses stay contained and predictable
Deliver a working end-to-end pipeline: script in → finished avatar video out, with minimal manual steps
Automate wherever practical (script generation, video assembly, rendering, output delivery)
Provide documentation and a walkthrough of the system
Prove it works: sample videos at 1, 5, and 15 minutes with consistent quality throughout

Phase 2 — Ongoing Daily Administration:
Once the pipeline is live, you'll run it day to day: producing videos from scripts, managing the queue, monitoring quality and costs, troubleshooting, and improving the workflow as tools evolve. Expect regular, recurring work.
You must have:

Direct, demonstrable experience producing avatar videos LONGER than a few minutes — show me examples or don't apply
Deep familiarity with the current avatar/video platforms and their APIs, pricing tiers, and real-world limits
Automation skills (API integration, or tools like Make/Zapier/n8n, or scripting) to connect the pieces
A cost-conscious mindset — I want the most efficient route, not the most expensive one
Availability and reliability for daily production work after the build

Nice to have:

Podcast management experience — production, editing, publishing, and distribution (audio and/or video podcasts)
Content repurposing skills (turning long videos into clips, shorts, or audio episodes)
Experience managing a recurring content calendar
