AI Sharpen 22-Frame Clip

I have a micro-clip—only 22 frames, under one second—shot on a phone. The footage is grainy and soft, yet I need every frame looking crisp while still feeling natural. The top priority is to reduce graininess and sharpen the image so the person in the shot stands out without introducing artificial artifacts or over-processed edges.
The most important thing is that you can't change the look of his face. He can't look like someone else.
If you’re comfortable working in Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve plugins, or any equivalent AI enhancer, this should be a quick task. I’ll supply the original file as soon as we start; I simply need the cleaned-up clip returned in the same resolution and frame rate within six hours of acceptance.
Deliverable: the single enhanced video file, ready to drop into my timeline, with its natural look intact.
