Realistic AI Face/Body Swap

I have several short personal-vlog style videos (all under one minute, shot for Instagram / TikTok) and I want my own face—and when needed, full upper-body—swapped convincingly onto the people already on screen. I’m aiming for a result that passes as native footage: natural skin tones, correct lighting and shadows, no obvious warping or “floaty” elements.
You’re welcome to lean on LoRA-based pipelines, Stable Diffusion, DeepFaceLab, Roop, or any other combination that reliably produces a seamless, realistic composite; the toolset is up to you as long as it meets the quality bar. I’ll supply the reference photos and the original vertical clips; you return ready-to-post 1080×1920 MP4s with audio intact.
Deliverables:
• One fully swapped vertical video for each source clip (currently five clips, <60 s each)
• Color-matched, artifact-free renders suitable for IG Reels / TikTok
• A short note on the workflow used and any reproducible settings so we can iterate later
Acceptance criteria:
• Jawline, hairline, and neck blend cleanly with body movement
• Final export plays smoothly on mobile without frame drops
