AI Video Creator for a Cinematic B2B Brand Service Offering

We are looking for a skilled AI video creator to help us turn our core brand idea into a short, high-resolution, realistic video for our website and marketing.

This is two jobs in one, and we want one person who can do both:
1. Story development. You will work directly with our founder to shape the core idea into a clear, simple story. We know what we want to say. We need someone who can turn it into a visual narrative that lands in 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Production. You will then generate the finished video using AI tools (Sora, Veo, Runway, or whatever you do your best work in), realistic and cinematic, not obviously AI.

Style and references
We will share two reference videos with the person we hire. Your work should match that level of realism and polish. We are after cinematic, believable, and calm, real people and real environments, not sci-fi, not glossy stock, and none of the usual AI tells (warped hands, morphing faces, melting text).

Who we are looking for
- A real portfolio of finished AI-generated video. Not experiments, finished pieces you have shipped.
- Strong visual storytelling. You can take a rough idea and give it a beginning, middle, and end.
- Command of the current AI video tools, and honest judgment about what they can and cannot do well yet.
- Consistency across shots (characters, lighting, and look that hold from scene to scene). This is where most AI video falls apart, so show us you can hold it.
