Install ChatterboxTTS with Custom Voices

I'm seeking an experienced programmer to install ResembleAI's ChatterboxTTS on my Windows machine. The goal is to achieve high-quality text-to-speech and voice conversion with unlimited text length capabilities. Additionally, I require assistance in setting up specific natural-sounding voices.
Please note that I am looking to have Chatterbox-TTS-Extended installed, either on my local machine or via Google Collab with a user-friendly interface.

Key Requirements:
