Project Description:

We are looking to develop an AI-powered web platform similar to Glassdoor, where users can submit **company reviews** and get **AI-generated outputs** in the form of:

Text to Voice Reviews (multiple AI voices)
Text to Animated Video Reviews (cartoon-style avatars)
Text to Image Reviews (AI-generated cultural visuals)
Text to Email Reviews (formal, anonymous-style HR emails)

The platform should be fast, responsive, and scalable.

3. **Employer Dashboard (optional in Phase 2):**

* Prior experience with AI tools (text-to-voice/video/image)
* Good understanding of UX for review/feedback platforms
* Proven portfolio of similar projects
* Ability to integrate APIs and build secure dashboards
