Creating a conversational AI VTUBER
1. Virtual model capable of text and voice conversations
2. input text or voice using Open ai's realtime api or 4o Audio preview api - Text output - TTS input from local PC - Speech output
3. provide tool kit based on open source (basic functions are included, and we add point 2 to the open source)
4. Since most of the open source is made with typescript, node js, you need to be competent in utilizing the API and knowledge of STT & TTS as well as knowledge of the language.
