AI SDR Agent – n8n Workflow Development
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced developer to create an AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) Agent within an n8n workflow. The AI agent will engage with leads via text and voice interactions within Kommo CRM, answer their questions based on an FAQ document, and facilitate meeting scheduling.

The agent should also be able to check the Outlook calendar for available slots, propose meeting times, handle scheduling negotiations, and finalize bookings via Google Meet.

All necessary credentials, including Kommo CRM and OpenAI, are already set up.

Project Requirements
✅ AI Development & Integration:

Build an AI-powered SDR Agent that can handle both text and voice interactions.
Integrate the AI with Kommo CRM to process inbound chats.
✅ FAQ-Based Responses:

Enable the AI to answer common client inquiries using a provided FAQ document.
✅ Meeting Scheduling & Management:

Check Outlook calendar for available time slots.
Offer the next available time slot and allow negotiation for an alternative.
Finalize and book meetings via Google Meet.
✅ Lead Management:

Move leads through different stages/funnels within Kommo CRM based on interaction outcomes.

Ideal Candidate
Experience with n8n workflow automation
Strong AI/NLP skills (OpenAI, GPT-based models)
Familiarity with Kommo CRM, Outlook Calendar, and Google Meet API integrations
Previous experience in chatbot/AI assistant development is a plus
