automatic invoicing - scraping

RPA required for issuing invoices automatically.I can share a pdf file that includes various information (reservation code, client name, amount, number of nights) and I need the app to issue an invoice in my invoicing app or create an excel file with these details. I am thinking that UI Path and scraping data can easily solve the problem.
