Ui.Vision RPA Chrome Macro Development

The main task will be to automate the process of downloading PDF files. The desired macro should:
- Navigate to a specific URL
- Download all PDFs
- This includes navigating to the next page(s) until all PDFs downloaded. Do not use the "All" link, use the "Next page" link. The macro should do the downloads page by page.
The page URL is https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/index/chapternumber?TYPE=1&TYPE=2&TYPE=3&LANGUAGE=E
All this can be done with the open-source version of Ui.Vision (free!).
