Requirements:
Use UiPath Document Understanding to extract structured data from PDF OCR invoices.
Extract the following fields:
Supplier Name
Supplier VAT Number
Invoice Date
Invoice Value
Discount
Tax
Total Amount
File Management:
Export the extracted data to an Excel spreadsheet.
Maintain a detailed log file for processed documents.
Move unreadable or failed invoices to a separate "Unprocessed" folder.
Reconciliation:
Compare the extracted invoice amounts from Excel with a bank statement file.
Perform matching based on date and value, and highlight discrepancies.
