Programming of UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate

I have a client looking to implement an RPA. We would like to use a known software supplier such as UiPath or Power Automate and customize the already existing software to fit to my client's needs.

Attached is the tasks that needs to be solved by the RPA.
The RPA will need to extract data from Excel sheets and the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

I would like to know an estimate of hours needed to program either UiPath or Power Automate to fit into my clients needs as attached document describes.
