Create an RPA script to click through site and input data in order to automize

We have a website "X" that collects input data from user such as name, address, and other information. Now there is a separate web application "Y" that doesn't offer an API that we need to create a script for (Much like an RPA - Robotic Process Automation) in order to automate the whole process without human intervention. The idea is simply that once the user has finished inserting his data in website X, a specific screen will be shown and the script will be triggered and perform the necessary actions in application Y and send the data exactly as a human would.
The xlsx file just shows the first steps in the application "Y" so you understand what needs to happen. If you can make this happen the field population and rest will be a piece of cake for you.
