SR. RPA DEVELOPER BRIEF Senior RPA Developer to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RPA solutions to automate manual processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior developers and staying up to date on the latest RPA technologies.
RESPONSIBRESPONSIBILITIES
Senior RPA Developer main responsibilities is to develop RPA
BOTs as per the provided design, test, deploy.
▪ Conduct high level feasibility analysis with SME,
Candidate selection and deep-dive analysis for potential
business processes to be automated using RPA
technology.
▪ Analyze business processes and participate in
requirements gathering session to generate Process
Definition Document (PDD)
▪ Develop efficient solutions with a focus on scalability
and reusability based on Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) technologies
▪ Write test cases and implement various types of testing
like functionality and performance testing for the
developed bot.
▪ Support UATs execution and solution deployment in
multiple environments
▪ Deploy BOTs on production environment
▪ Support Operations after go-live, monitoring and
measuring the solution effectiveness
▪ Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based
on feedback from Solution Architect and Senior RPA
Developer
▪ Performing code optimization and identifying potential
issues and defects and fixing the same
▪ Guide, mentor, support and train RPA team members in
the best RPA development practices.
▪ Good exposure in implementing the support and
maintenance lifecycle of the processes need
enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information
Technology, or a related field
▪ 5+ years of experience in RPA development
▪ Proven track record of designing, developing, and
implementing successful RPA solutions
▪ Strong understanding of RPA principles,
methodologies, and best practices
▪ Expertise in one or more RPA tools, such as
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
▪ Experience with integration technologies, such as
APIs, web services, and databases (e.g.; MS SQL
Server, MS Access, Oracle)
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and
problem-solving skills
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines
▪ Good working knowledge on scripting languages and
excel macro automation (vbs,JS)
▪ Hands-on experience in automating different processes
using applications like Citrix, SAP, Oracle EBS,
Terminal, All windows native application , Web
application.
