I have a bite-sized task that should fit easily into a single sitting. I need a detail-oriented assistant who can do two things for me:

1. Gather a small set of AI-related information I’ll specify (names of tools and short notes), drop it neatly into a spreadsheet, and
2. Send about 50 personalised emails drawn from that same sheet.

The data entry portion is straightforward—copy/paste or type the items into the columns I provide in Google Sheets. Once the sheet is complete, you’ll use my Gmail template to send each message. I’ll supply the contact list, the wording, and clear instructions so everything moves quickly.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I expect the whole job to take only a couple of hours. When you’re done, I’d like the updated spreadsheet returned with a “sent” time-stamp on each row so I can confirm completion.
