Remote | Freelance | Part-Time | Performance-Based

LuisCore is looking for a highly intelligent outreach operator to help us connect with some of the most interesting people in AI.

This is NOT a traditional sales position.

You will not be cold-calling small businesses.

You will be identifying and initiating conversations with:

* Former OpenAI employees
* Former Anthropic employees
* AI startup founders
* Agent platform builders
* Infrastructure engineers
* Researchers
* Technical investors
* Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, Scale AI, Cursor, Windsurf, Continue.dev, and similar ecosystems

Your Mission

Help LuisCore answer one question:

“Are we building something that matters?”

Responsibilities

* Research and identify high-value individuals and organizations
* Build targeted contact lists
* Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, X, GitHub, forums, and technical communities
* Secure conversations, demos, and feedback sessions
* Gather external opinions, criticism, validation, and strategic insights
* Track interactions and maintain relationship records
* Produce weekly intelligence reports

You Are

* Exceptionally curious
* Comfortable speaking with engineers and founders
* Strong written communicator
* Skilled researcher
* Persistent without being annoying
* Able to understand complex technical concepts quickly
