SDXL Whole-Body LoRA Training

I have a single high-resolution photo of a person and I need that lone image transformed into a LoRA that can reproduce the subject’s entire body in a photorealistic style inside Stable Diffusion XL. The file will feed a ComfyUI workflow.

What I expect to receive
• A LoRA (.safetensors) fully compatible with SDXL 1.0 that captures the subject’s likeness and full-length proportions from multiple angles.
• A brief note on the training settings (rank, learning rate, steps, resolution, augmentation tricks) so I can fine-tune later if needed.
• A handful of sample outputs demonstrating front, side, and three-quarter views without artefacts or drifting likeness.

Any workflow is fine—DreamBooth, LyCORIS, kohya_ss—so long as the final file loads smoothly in AUTOMATIC1111 or ComfyUI. Feel free to use smart augmentation or inpainting to overcome the one-shot data limitation; just keep the realism intact and the anatomy correct. If you’ve tackled single-image LoRA projects before, I’d love to see your results and hear your turnaround time.
