Remote AI Trainer Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m expanding my team with five remote AI trainers. Your main responsibility will be hands-on model training: setting up experiments, running jobs on the dedicated laptop I’ll provide, adjusting hyper-parameters, and keeping clear, well-structured logs. Regular typing tasks—status updates, experiment notes, concise documentation—are essential, so solid written communication is just as important as your technical skills.
An intermediate grasp of machine-learning concepts (e.g., loss functions, overfitting, evaluation metrics) is enough; you don’t need to be a research scientist, but you should feel comfortable navigating a typical training pipeline and following detailed guidelines.
Success in this role means:
• Consistently training models to spec and within deadlines
• Reporting performance metrics promptly and accurately
• Collaborating smoothly during daily chat stand-ups
If you’ve trained a model before—no matter the framework—tell me about the biggest hurdle you overcame and how you solved it. I’m ready to onboard the first five qualified candidates right away. Let’s build something great together!
