I have a spreadsheet containing roughly 800 company names and I need each one matched to the most appropriate NAICS industry code. A quick, AI-driven pass is all that’s required at this stage—no manual deep-dive or post-classification validation yet.
Use whichever model or service you prefer, whether that’s OpenAI, a custom-trained model, or another tool, as long as it reliably assigns a single six-digit NAICS code to every row.
Deliverable:
• Return the spreadsheet with one new column filled with the AI-generated NAICS codes.
That’s it for now. A separate follow-on project may cover sampling and verification later, but this initial task is simply to populate the codes rapidly and cost-effectively.
