I have a 30-minute interactive fitness / workout follow along learning video featuring a real on-screen instructor. There are no words or sounds, only a silent workout routine video.

For privacy and branding reasons, I need every appearance and movements of the human presenter replaced with new human actor ( pics / videos provided ) while keeping the original pacing, overlays, and engagement cues fully intact.

You’ll work with any AI character-replacement medium you trust— or your own custom model—so long as the final result looks natural and flicker-free.

Acceptance criteria
• No obvious artifacts, warping, or colour mismatch
• Eyes, mouth, and expressions stay properly aligned throughout
