Key Requirements:
AI Model Development:
Build/train an AI model capable of transforming manga panels into animated sequences.
Support for multiple manga styles (shonen, seinen, shojo, etc.).
Smooth animation with character motion, scene transitions, and lip-sync for dialogues.
Website Development:
User-friendly upload system for manga pages.
AI processing pipeline to convert manga into animation in real time or via queued processing.
Secure user accounts, subscription/payment system.
Cloud storage integration for processed files.
Analytics & Admin Panel:
Track user activity, uploads, and conversions.
Monitor AI performance (speed, accuracy, errors).
Revenue and subscription analytics.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in AI/ML (Computer Vision, Generative AI).
Experience with GANs, diffusion models, or animation-focused AI frameworks.
