Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I will hand over a set of employee-interview transcripts already organised in Excel. I need each interview run through OpenAI’s GPT-4.5 Reasoning model and returned as a clear scorecard.
Your task is to read every row, have the model assess the candidate on Communication skills, Technical knowledge, Cultural fit and overall Performance Competencies, and then write a short, evidence-based rationale for every score.
Please return an updated copy of the same workbook with:
• One numeric score (1-10 is fine) per competency, per candidate
• A concise, sentence-level explanation that cites wording from the transcript where useful
• An overall recommendation column generated by the model (e.g., “Strong hire”, “Consider”, “No hire”)
I’d also like a separate sheet that summarises aggregate averages so I can spot patterns across interviews. No special UI is required; accuracy, consistency and clean formatting inside Excel matter most.
