GPT Vision Car Inspection Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
We’re developing a product called CarVUReports, which automates vehicle condition assessment and valuation using AI.
We need a freelancer to help us build the AI engine that:
Allows an inspector (or end user) to upload photos of a car, using hotspots (areas of focus like scratches, dents, windshield, tires).
Accepts optional CarFax or vehicle history data or skip in flow
Accepts textual tags from inspectors (e.g., “rear bumper cracked”, “tire worn”)
Uses GPT Vision or OpenAI GPT-4o to:
• Analyze photos and textual tags
• Determine condition severity
• Generate an overall condition rating (1 to 10)
• Suggest a wholesale and retail market price, adjusted based on:
• Vehicle history
• Damage severity
• Location (geo-based market data)
Deliverables:
1. Image upload & tagging pipeline (web or API)
2. GPT Vision or multimodal integration to interpret tags + images
3. CarVU condition rating logic
4. Wholesale & retail pricing logic (geolocation-based — you may use sample APIs or mock data)
5. Return JSON or structured output
