I need a web-based mini-CRM that serves as my personal business-development cockpit in the biotech space. The heart of the build is an engine that automatically matches each service or solution I offer to a potential customer’s problem, then produces a prospect list ranked High / Medium / Low for relevance every time I hit refresh.
Selected AI functionality must include:
• Automated prospect matching
• Predictive analytics to surface the most promising leads
• Automated email generation tailored to each relevance tier
Beyond the matchmaker, the app has to:
• Spin up a polished one-pager for any selected prospect
• Auto-draft a personalised email ready to send
• Track the entire deal flow at a glance—Email Sent, Response (Y/N), Meeting (Y/N), Quote (Y/N), Negotiation (Y/N), and Win (Y/N)
• Remember all previous interactions so nothing disappears between sessions, while adding fresh leads seamlessly into the same workspace on refresh
Acceptance criteria
1. Accurate solution-to-problem matching with clear High / Medium / Low tags
2. End-to-end lead pipeline visible and updatable on a single page
3. AI-generated emails and one-pagers editable before sending/downloading
4. Data persists securely; no manual export/import needed
5. Clean, modern UI that loads quickly on desktop and tablet
