Summary:
We're building an automated (or near-automated) pipeline to generate character armor artwork for an Ultima Online-style game. The output needs to fit a 260×237px paperdoll window, be greyscale (black = transparent in the UO engine), and look like a proper 3D-rendered armored figure.

What we've tried that didn't work:

• SDXL text-to-image (no pose control — figures wrong size/position)
• img2img with a flat silhouette input (no depth info, outputs a blob)
• Virtual try-on AI (OmniVTON) — couldn't adapt output to greyscale sprite format
• img2img with a 3D base figure — closest so far but inconsistent results

What we need:
Someone who can design a reliable, repeatable pipeline — ideally using ComfyUI, ControlNet, or similar tools — that takes an armor design and outputs a clean, properly sized greyscale paperdoll sprite. Bonus if it can batch-produce multiple armor sets.
