Calculate Eye Pupil Location using Pixel Coordinates and 4 Inputs

I'm looking to develop a picture-taking application that can calculate pixel coordinates on CPU platforms (smartphone platforms optional but a benefit if possible). The application should take an image using a USB/wireless camera, and have the ability to calculate the coordinates of cursor/touched points on an image and, if possible, utilize AI to find pixel coordinates using a cursor. The pixel coordinates (10 in total) will be used to calculate pupil location along with 4 input parameters, that will be entered by the user.

Key Requirements:
- Develop for CPU/Phone platforms
- Calculate pixel coordinates of cursor/touched points (10 in total, but may be possible for AI to do this automatically)
- Input fields for 4 numerical measurements
- Calculation producing 4 outputs from input data and coordinates (calculation is complete and will be provided)
