Build “Static AI Model + Product Overlay Tool” for Catalogue SaaS (Very Low GPU Cost System)

I need a developer to build a system for my B2B catalogue SaaS where users can place their products (t-shirts, kurti, jewellery, bags etc.) onto static AI models.
The main idea is:
Create ~100 fixed AI human models (studio-style photos)
User uploads product → background removed → product gets placed on model
No heavy GPU needed → low running cost
This is NOT full AI generation every time.
We want one-time created models + a simple overlay engine.
