Build an AI Fashion Content Platform (Like Piccopilot – But Personalised for Influencers)

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer or team to build a web-based AI platform similar to Piccopilot – but specifically tailored for fashion influencers and creators.
Here’s what I need the platform to do:
Core Features:
User-Generated Avatars:
Users should be able to upload photos (selfies, full-body) to create hyper-realistic avatars that look exactly like them — not cartoonish or stylised. These avatars should reflect facial and body likeness as close to 100% as possible.
Optional AI-Generated Models:
Users who prefer not to use their own image should also have the option to create and customise AI-generated models instead.
Upload Clothing or Outfits:
Users can upload real outfits or clothing items, which will then be visualised on their avatar (or AI model).
Scene/Background Prompt:
Users should be able to describe a setting or photoshoot location (e.g. “beach at sunset” or “urban street style”) and generate a final image that places their avatar in that setting.
Output Formats:
At minimum, support high-quality image and video generation support.
Simple UX/UI Like Piccopilot:
The design must be clean, modern, and intuitive — minimal friction for creators to generate content in seconds. We are not looking for a basic MVP – the platform needs to look polished from launch.
Mobile Responsive:
Platform must work smoothly on mobile and desktop.
The Vision:
This platform is for creators who want to create high-quality content without doing a physical photoshoot — replacing the need for cameras, studios, or travel. With just their face and outfits, users should be able to create branded, beautiful images of themselves in any setting.
What I’m Looking For:
Developers who are familiar with diffusion models (e.g. SDXL, ControlNet, IPAdapter)
Someone with strong frontend design skills (I care about visuals)
Developers who can think like product designers — I appreciate suggestions to make the user journey even better
