AI-Based Document Analysis Platform Development

### Project Brief

I’m looking to hire a small team or agency to help build an AI-based web platform focused on document analysis and compliance. The idea is to allow users to upload documents (PDFs, Word files, or even scanned images) and get AI-powered responses based on the content—whether that’s summarising, extracting key details, or answering questions in context. It should also be able to adjust based on local laws and jurisdictions, especially for regions like the UAE, Saudi, and India.

This isn’t just for lawyers. The tool is designed to be accessible for general users, HR teams, students, and others who regularly deal with contracts, agreements, or legal forms.

### Scope of Work

I already have the product direction, brand, and UX flows in place. What I need now is a team to handle the development side:

* Build the frontend and backend
* Integrate with LLMs for document Q\&A and analysis
* Handle file uploads, OCR for scanned documents, and support for multilingual content
* Set up basic user accounts and history
* Build a small admin panel for managing usage and users

You can suggest the best tech stack, but ideally you're comfortable working with LLMs, OCR tools, and building clean, scalable apps.
