Asset Allocation Strategy Development

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1.Describe briefly your idea or solution and how many days do you need to finish this job
2.Have you read the requirement and the test project code ?
3.Describe your recent experience with similar projects
4.What make an allocation a cheat one ?

We are looking for an data structure and algorithm expert or an asset allocation expert who can help us optimize the allocation of our total assets to achieve the highest Annual Percentage Yield (APY). The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of investment strategies or have a strong understanding of data structure and algorithm. You should also have programing skills but no need to be an expert.
