Instagram Feed Puzzle Design

I need to design an instagram feed puzzel or grid
I need something creative as a template to repost every time but all the pattern will be continue I want to use my logo colors and pattern and lines and I want the template contains 9 posts
first 3 posts ( one for main reel - one for client review - one for bts for the same video)
and second 3 posts will be ( 3 different posts)
and last 3 posts will be ( bts or client reviews )
I want some creative lines and designs and I want this to be as a template I want to get illasturator file or photoshop psd so I can add new photo or something in the design and repost it
