Android App + Admin Dashboard Development

I need a fully functional Android ecosystem for ResQ, a real-time emergency ambulance booking platform. The project includes:

Apps:

User App: Request ambulances, see nearby hospitals, track ambulance acceptance in real-time.
Hospital/Driver App: Receive requests, accept/reject bookings, update availability and status in real-time.

Admin Dashboards:

Hospital Admin: Manage hospital profile, ambulances, staff, and view bookings.
Super Admin: Manage multiple hospitals, admins, users, view analytics, control system settings, and generate reports.

Core Requirements:

Android apps compatible with Android 10+

Web-based dashboards for Hospital Admin and Super Admin, fully functional
Git repository with all source code, buildable with Android Studio (or standard web build tools for dashboards)
README documenting setup, dependencies, credentials, and instructions for adding new admins
