AI-Optimized Coworking Space

Title: Calgary Local: AI/Claude Business Setup (2-3 Days, Flexible)

Small Calgary business looking for a local freelancer to help set up our AI
workspace (Claude) co work properly for business use. Basically re set up my virtual assistant.

Must be Calgary-based. Remote work from your own setup is fine for the build,
but you should be available to meet in person for kickoff and handoff.

We're moving from a personal, individual-learning setup to a real business
infrastructure build. The plan already exists; our systems lead has designed it
and you'll be executing it hands-on. This is implementation, not strategy work.

What's involved:
- Migrating from a personal AI account to a proper business account setup
- Configuring custom skills, plugins, and integrations correctly
- Connecting other apps and tools so information flows automatically instead of
manual copy-paste
- Setting up organized knowledge storage so the AI has real context to work from
(a "second brain" style setup)
- Following documented best practices, not just default settings
- Testing everything works end to end before you're done
- Custom set ups that are plug and play via trusted online creators, but tweaked for my use. I want to do it right.

What we need from you:
- Real hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools, not just
daily-use familiarity
- Experience with plugins, integrations, or connecting apps together (Zapier,
n8n, APIs, or similar)
- Comfortable with file/folder organization and documentation
- Calgary-based, available for a short in-person kickoff, sooner the better.
- Independent operator, not applying on behalf of an agency or team

Budget: $25 to $50/hour, 2 to 3 days total.
Timeline: flexible within the next 2 weeks.
