Virtual Assistant - LinkedIn Marketing and Inbox Management

Job ID: 40414592

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I’m looking for a sharp, organised virtual assistant who can take full ownership of my LinkedIn presence while keeping day-to-day admin off my plate.

My immediate priority is LinkedIn: I want my profile polished, the right people added to my network, and engaging posts going out on a consistent schedule. Once that engine is running smoothly, you’ll also watch my inbox, follow up on leads, slot me into relevant podcasts or conferences as a speaker, and turn raw notes into polished marketing materials and slide decks.

Key LinkedIn work I need:
• Profile optimisation that reflects my current positioning and services
• Proactive outreach—sending thoughtful connection requests and keeping conversations warm
• End-to-end content creation: drafting, light graphic design, scheduling, and basic analytics tracking

Beyond LinkedIn, you’ll manage my inbox, including organising my 3,000 emails. I’ll also hand you drafts, outlines, or messy slide files; you’ll return cleanly formatted marketing brochures and presentation decks ready for client or stage. I’m in Microsoft 365 every day, so familiarity with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, and Canva skills are a plus.

Additional goals include:
- Growing LinkedIn followers to 10,000.
- Posting three times per week on LinkedIn.
- Recommendations for paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Following up on email campaigns to sell an online program.
- Targeting 30 attendees for each session of the online program scheduled for June 26 and July 25.

Success to me is seeing:
– A professional, up-to-date LinkedIn profile
– A growing pipeline of qualified connections and speaking slots in my calendar
– Marketing materials and slides that match my brand guides without me having to tweak them

Preference: Someone fluent in English and based in the Philippines.

Start immediately with an anticipated commitment of 10-20 hours per week for three months.

If you’re comfortable switching gears between social marketing, inbox management, and document polish—and you enjoy taking initiative—I’d love to hear how you’d approach the first 30 days.
