I want to launch a web-based generative-AI playground that anyone can use without charge. The first release must focus on a robust text-to-image and text to video pipeline—think Stable Diffusion or DALL·E quality—wrapped in a clean, browser-first interface that feels effortless for everyday users. Once that core experience is live and stable, I plan to extend the same platform to text-to-video, image-to-image, and image-to-video modules, so the architecture needs to be modular and GPU-scalable from day one.

Here is the scope I need you to cover:

• Develop the back-end inference service (Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and set up a queue system that can handle bursts of public traffic.
• Create a lightweight React or similar front end with a single prompt box, style presets, and real-time generation status. No sign-in walls; usage should feel instant.
• Integrate image safety filters and basic prompt moderation to keep the experience family-friendly.
• Provide deployment scripts or containers ready for AWS, GCP, or another mainstream cloud so I can spin up additional GPU nodes easily.
• Document the model weights used, fine-tuning steps (if any), and the API endpoints so future video functionality can plug in with minimal refactor.

There are many free licensed models available in GitHub, hugging-face. You can take help from there also.

Acceptance will be based on:

1. A live demo URL showing text-to-image working end-to-end within an intuitive UI.
2. Source code in a private repo, clearly commented and runnable with a single command.
3. A short performance report covering average generation time under load tests.
4. A roadmap section proposing how you would layer in video and other image modes.

When you apply, include a concise project plan and highlight past experience shipping similar AI or multimedia SaaS products. Detailed proposals that walk me through tooling choices, scaling strategy, and approximate timelines will stand out.
