YouTube Video Editor with Shorts/ reels/ tiktok Skills

Hey there!
I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented video editor to join my team long-term. I run a real estate and solar business and create lots of educational content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
This is a part-time, ongoing position — ideally, I’d like someone who can grow with me and eventually take on more hours as we scale. I'm looking for an experienced video editor to help edit my YouTube content. The videos are narrative-driven and contain storytelling elements, so a strong sense of pacing and hooks is essential.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in OBS (this is how I film my youtube videos and you will need to edit from)
- Experience editing narrative-driven YouTube videos and chopping them into shortz.
- Strong skills in adding captions, transitions, and music
- Good eye for pacing and hooks
Bonus Skills:
- Thumbnail creation
- Familiar with Canva
Commitment:
5-8 hours per week to start
Quick turnaround times (3–4 days)
Paid weekly or biweekly (we can discuss)
