Job Description
We are looking for a skilled freelance AI image editor who can create highly realistic photomontages for residential construction projects.
Your main task will be to add realistic home extensions (rear or side extensions) to existing photos of houses using AI-based tools. These images will be used for client presentations, proposals, and marketing, so realism and attention to detail are essential.
This is not simple image editing — we are looking for someone who understands:
• Perspective and scale
• Architectural logic
• Lighting and shadow consistency
• Material matching (brick, glass, aluminum, stucco, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Add realistic house extensions to existing exterior photos using AI
• Edit and refine images to achieve photorealistic results
• Iterate based on feedback
• Join online meetings to discuss requirements and revisions
• Communicate clearly in English about design and technical choices
Required Skills & Tools
• Strong experience with AI-based image editing
• Adobe Photoshop (Generative Fill / AI tools) or
• Stable Diffusion (inpainting, ControlNet) or
• Similar advanced AI image editing tools
• Proven experience with architectural or construction-related visuals
• Good understanding of perspective, geometry, and realism
• Ability to follow precise instructions and improve details iteratively
Mandatory Requirements
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Working microphone
• Comfortable participating in online meetings (Zoom / Google Meet / Teams)
• Reliable internet connection
• Available for feedback rounds and revisions
Nice to Have
• Background in architecture, construction, or real estate visualization
• Experience with hybrid workflows (AI + manual editing)
• Portfolio showing before/after examples of exterior transformations or extensions
