Sharpen Short Steam Train Video
Budget: £20 – £125 GBP
I have a 25-second clip of a moving steam locomotive shot on an iPhone 15 (HDR, 1080p, 60 fps). The background is fine, but the train itself is slightly out of focus and looks blurred on playback. If possible I would like is to be able to pause the video when the train is closest to the camera around half way through the video and have the train in better focus, this would allow me to use a screenshot as a clear photograph.
I’m looking for someone who can:
• Isolate the locomotive and apply targeted sharpening or AI-assisted focus restoration so the train appears crisp while keeping artifacts to a minimum.
• Maintain the original 1080p resolution, frame rate, and HDR look.
• Supply the corrected clip plus an optional before/after comparison so I can clearly see the improvement.
• Include a brief note on the tools or plug-ins you used—Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar—so I can reproduce the workflow later if needed.
This is strictly a technical enhancement, not a full edit. If you have a track record of rescuing slightly blurry footage, I’d love to see a relevant sample. A quick turnaround within a couple of days would be ideal.
