Photo processing tool on web browser

I need a small app which process photo as user want like swap image part(e.g. face or sign or even letter) like in the https://www.fotor.com/apps/swapper/
That maybe done by api integration from online AI-driven services like above or you can build by own.
Many similar codes are online already, and many API providing AI-driven services are online.
But if you wanna use apis from online services, you should consider cost-lower option and limit to call apis should be higher like 10k daily maybe.
Mostly photo for background will be provided, and foreground photo or images as well, so they should be processed by swapping or submitting or changing or updating etc.
Please read carefully above and let me know what kind of criteria or workflow you are going to use on the bid.
I hope to use react for frontend and python or node.js for backend.
