So I have been doing a very repetitive task in chatgpt uploading a sample image manually, then posting my prompt, then saving the resulting image that you produce. I would like to automate this.

Dropbox → Watch Files in Folder
Dropbox → Download File (Example Image)
Dropbox → Download Lilian Image
HTTP Module → Call OpenAI Image API
Dropbox → Upload Generated Image
Dropbox → Move Processed Example File
