AI Photo Enhancement & Oil Effect

I have a single, low-resolution Facebook-Messenger photo of a lady (nude from the waist up, leaning back on a porch rail, mountains behind her). I need it cleaned up and up-scaled with AI so I can hand the file to a traditional painter as a reference, then I also want a second version that already looks like a realistic-style oil painting for a test canvas print.

The first file must be crystal-clear: sharper facial details and edges, richer skin tones, balanced lighting, and a resolution high enough for a 50 × 70 cm print at 300 DPI. Please keep the mountain setting but make it more vivid—deeper greens, atmospheric depth, and livelier lighting—so the scene doesn’t feel dull.

The second file should apply a convincing realistic oil-painting effect (think visible brush strokes, subtle canvas texture, but still true to life in proportions and colour). I’ll judge it by how well it holds up when zoomed and how natural it looks once printed on canvas.
