Merch design for T-shirt and hoodies

We're a small creative production company based in Sweden, working with commercials and content for brands. Now we're looking for a designer to help us cook up some merch for the team. T-shirts and hoodies.
The plan is to land on 2 t-shirt designs and 2 hoodie designs in total, but to get there we'd like to explore 3 to 4 concepts per item first, so we've got proper options to pick from.
The merch is for internal use, but it's a part of how we present ourselves, so it needs to feel strong and on-brand. Our style is modern, a bit bold, and slightly unexpected. We like stuff that stands out.

In there you'll find our brand book, logos, fonts, and a bunch of designs we've already made. Our designs are very boring though. Thats why we need you. We've also dropped in a Pinterest board with references we think are cool, mostly for vibe and placement inspiration. There's a Canva PDF with some early ideas from us too, but honestly those feel pretty basic, mostly logo placements, so don't get too stuck on them.
What we're really after is a designer who thinks for themselves. Not just logo on chest, logo on back. We want someone who can push the design and come back with creative concepts, something edgy and unique that feels like us.
Deliverables we need:
Print-ready files, ready to go straight to production
Vector formats (AI, EPS, or similar)
Mockups are a nice bonus
