Group Head Swap & Photo Restoration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have two group photos that need a professional, seamless AI-driven head swap while also being fully restored. The two tasks carry equal weight for me:
• AI head swap
Every original face in the group shot must be replaced with the new head I provide, yet the final image should still look authentic—consistent lighting, matching angles and no visible artifacts when inspected up close.
• Photo restoration
The finished image needs to look as clean and vibrant as my reference screenshots of the originals. In other words, any tears, discoloration, scratches or other age-related blemishes must disappear without altering the character of the photo.
I’ll supply:
– screenshots of the group photos
– Replacement head shots in matching resolution
– Reference screenshots that show the exact look the restored photo should match
Deliverables:
1. Layered PSD (or similar) so edits remain non-destructive
2. Flattened, print-ready TIFF
3. Brief note on the method or tools used (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Photoshop, Gigapixel AI) so I can replicate tweaks later if needed
Acceptance criteria:
• No mismatched skin tones, lighting, or sharpness at the swap seams
• Restored image is visually identical to my reference but free of damage
• Resolution and aspect ratio preserved
