Doorbell Footage Face Enhancement

I have a short clip captured by my doorbell camera where the person’s face is too blurry to identify. The main goal is to sharpen that area so the facial features become as clear as technically possible while keeping the rest of the frame natural.
The original file came straight from the device, so I’m not even sure whether it saved as MP4, AVI, or MOV; I’ll send the raw download so you can confirm and convert if needed. Ultimately, I just need a cleaned-up version that plays on any standard player without artifacts.
Because the blur is the core issue, I’m expecting work that goes beyond basic sharpening—AI-driven upscaling, frame interpolation, and color correction are all on the table as long as they improve clarity. Tools such as Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or your preferred workflow are fine; I’m more interested in the result than the method.
